In 2008, I started this blog as a way to participate in a writing group. Soon after that, I got divorced. In 2009, I became a widow and a full-time, single parent.  In 2019, I got diagnosed with cancer, bought a house, and eloped. This blog has been my place to express my gratitude for my life and experiences as a full-time, single parent and write about some tough stuff.

Please comment, follow, Pin it!, and share. I like reading other perspectives and will gladly stop by your blog, too!

J, All I can say is OMG (again) and here’s why:

My life saying is and this is no joke =
“Life is short, so go for it!” I have followed this philosophy my entire life and I’ve been using this phrase for over 35+ years. I don’t want to be an old lady saying, “What if I did this or that, how would my life have changed, or how would it be different” so I just go for it

I raised my 2 sons to be true to who they are, always follow your hearts and your instincts, and above all, be an individual and not a follower, and while you’re at it, try to be a productive human being, making the world a better place.

    Night Night ,
